SHAKEN NOT STIRED!!!

 

THE MARS BAR:

This is one for those who like to indulge in the maximum number of vices in the shortest possible time. Chop half a Mars Bar into small pieces and place in blender with 15ml dark Creme de Cacao, 15ml Tia Maria, 15ml Baileys, 30ml Butterscotch schnapps, chocolate sauce, cream, a splash of milk and a few cubes of ice. Blend. Take a poco glass and pour in some extra chocolate sauce while slowly rotating the glass at an angle so there is a swirl of sauce inside the glass. Add the contents of the blender and garnish. Consume under medical supervision.

GOLDEN CLIMAX:

Mix in a shaker 1 part Goldkenn, 1 part Cointreau. Build over ice. ENJOY.

SOLID GOLD:

Layer in a shot glass 2 parts Goldkenn and 1 part Amaretto, 1 part Vodka.

BRANDY ALEXANDER PUNCH:

This serves 12 and it makes a great impression on the table

Cracked ice, 1 bottle 750ml Brandy, 1/2 bottle 375ml creme de cacao, 1.5 litres (6 cups) fresh cream, nutmeg and as an optional extra maraschino cherries.

Place cracked ice into the punchbowl........then mix ALL of the ingredients with an egg beater till mixture starts to thicken. Dust with nutmeg, pop on the cherries (if desired) and serve....your guests wont be disappointed.
