Hola!!!!

Here is a quick easy recipe that I make once a week....it's so easy....you can heat it up with RED HOT CHILLI's or keep it cool with the less heated chilli's its up to you.....

Ingredients:

400g Chicken Strips

1/4 cup Oriental stirfry oil (crisco sesame & Ginger)

1/4 cup Teryaki Marinade

2tbs honey

1tbs Dijon Mustard

4 cloves garlic (Chopped)

3 large green chilli's (Red for Heat)

1 small red capsicum

handful button mushrooms

couple handfuls green beans

Tzatziki

Method:

Wash chicken strips and pat the chicken with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a bowl mix Teryaki, Stirfry oil, chilli's, garlic, mustard and honey to form the marinade......pop chicken in and toss lightly until all chicken is covered.....cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Chop up mushrooms and capsicum in to slices and leave aside with the green beans.

Heat up your wok (or frypan) and when HOT pop in the chicken, I tend to drain off the oil so the chicken doesn't braise and toughen.

When the chicken is browned nicely toss in the vegetables and stir through.....with around 5 minutes to go toss in the Hokkein noodles and continue to toss and mix till everything is a nice golden brown.

Serve in bowls.....to take the heat off the chilli's place a couple of tablespoons of Tzatziki on top.
